Steel Fabricating Services
Within our facilities you will find complete metal and steel fabricating equipment- shears, press brakes, a plasma table and welding equipment. MTD also offers an Ironworker, saws and other production and fabricating tools and equipment to make your parts in the most efficient way.
- Shearing - Maximum length of 10' at 1/4" thickness.
- Press Brakes - Capacities of 3/8" at 6', 5/16" at 8' and 1/4" at 10'.
- Welding - Miller 452 MIG welder. TIG, ARC and acetylene welding available. Silver soldering too. MIG for steel and aluminum also available. Dynatorch Plasma Table - 5' by 10' CNC plasma table can cut up to 2" thick using a Hypertherm 1650 torch for perfect cuts every time.
- Slip Plate Metal Rolls - Capacity of 3/8" by 6'.
